A passionate faith in her own ability and destiny has helped Anne McGurty become one of Denver's most successful organizing business owners.  As founder and CEO of Strategize and Organize, a productivity training and business organizing company, a certified woman owned business (WBENC), Anne has created a dynamic enterprise that is devoted to empowering individuals in the workplace to be more efficient and organized.  It is through the power of this entrepreneurship where Anne helps close to 5,000 individuals be more productive in the workplace, whether in a corporate setting, small business, or a home office, and over 100 organizers being mentored by her for their own professional organizing business development. 

 

The story of of this entrepreneur

As the daughter of entrepreneurial hotel owners, Anne understands the challenges today’s business owners and family owned businesses face—and brings solutions to those challenges into the workplace. After years in the corporate world, she started her own corporate consulting business, Strategize & Organize in 2002, Anne found herself frustrated with multiple marketing messages.  Corporate productivity consulting, since she had 20 years of business experience was a natural message.  However, there was a very personal side of Anne that wanted to help individuals get organized in their personal life.  The personal audience was asking for their residences to be organized.  So it was clear that Anne needed two business models.  Anne's the first to admit, she's a methodical and logical business person first.  Here in Residential Organizing, Anne's great with understanding your needs and she will find the right person to do the job for you. (If it's your home office though, most likely, she'll be jumping in and do the job herself!)   Her role is to be the best CEO (Chief Executive Organizer)  and she will oversee the work of her team and make sure all customers are happy.  

 

Without the gift of being naturally organized, although Anne does give some credit to being a Virgo, Anne continually immerses herself in books and courses on organizing, design, and systems.    Residential Organizing has taken on several business names over the years, but the concept has always been the same.  If you have a project in your home and you need to get organized and you want it to stay organized, Anne will see to it that you get the results that you want - guaranteed!  Yes, you heard it right – guaranteed

Anne has over 20 years of experience including: starting with being thrown into a family owned business (a motel) at the age of 14, starting and running her own successful business (twice), a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems to help you in making innovative technology decisions to make your life more organized, managing staff, a lifetime passion for fashion and how to dress professionally without spending a fortune, and has learned to live clutter free by living in and running a business in a 750 square foot condominium.
